Take your cycle, and 10 days after your period started, start having sex every other day for a week. Have Dad hold your legs up to tip the little swimmers closer to the promised land for about 30 mins.

Take robitussin a couple of hours before you make love. It thins the mucus at the mouth of the cervix so the swimmers can get in more easily.

Don't make love every day. If you want the highest number of swimmers, every other day is optimal. Give Dad a chance to replenish the supply.

I do hope you two are married. I know I'm in the minority, but I think the strongest families are built on deep commitment between the parents. If you refuse to marry, at least sign power of attorneys for each of you to each other. That way, if Mom gets into trouble in the delivery room, and a decision has to be made, Dad has the right to make that decision. If you don't have that paper, her parents make the decision.

You may be at peace, my soapbox is over. If you're not pregnant in 6 months, or if you've already been doing what I've suggested, it's time to see a fertility specialist.

Best wishes,

TX Mom

You can work out when you are ovulating, use mymonthlycycles.com. It is free and will help you calculate most fertile days.
My husband took supplements, vitamin c and selennium.
Cut down on alcohol and smoking.
Try to relax, easier said than done.
You should start taking folic acid as well, before you get pregnanat.
But as it has been a year it would be worthwhile going to the doctors. If there is no problem it will make you realx, and if there is a problem at least you can deal with it.
Good Luck!

Start taking prenatal vitamins... if you or you man do drugs stop. Also don't drink. This things will help ensure your baby will be healthy.

Next you man should wear loose fitting underwear.

Also don't have sex until the right time. Here is a website for that I always forget. Type in timing conception into google you might find a better one.

Aside from that become Catholic =)

Just kidding.

Best way to get pregnant is by getting married first.
Then you have some kind of an idea whether you are both ready for a commitment and all that comes with it.

THEN have a kid. Don't choose the wrong reasons or wrong time to get pregnant..

Think of your future child first.

A friend of mine was told to have sex every other day from 10 days after the start of her period. She fell pregnant the first month of doing that after nearly a year of unsuccessfully trying. Could have been coincidence but it's worth a try!

If you've been trying to get pregnant for a year and no luck then you should make appt with your doctor so you both can be tested to make sure everything is OK with the both of and if not the doctor will discuss options with you to help you get pregnant.Best of luck to you and lots of baby dust your way!

Judging from the question on Yahoo!Answers I'd say your best bet is to be an unmarried, uneducated girl under the age of 21. In addition, the man should be either on probation and/or already hooking up with someone else. Usually he'll also have two or three other children with different girls and you'll have at least one by another man.
Good Luck!

If you have been trying for about a year with no results id suggest you see your gp and he will start the ball rolling with a few tests to see if the reason lies with either yours or your partners fertility. Good luck x
