I would add a "self cleaning" unit.
They have self cleaning stoves.
Why can't they make a self cleaning car ?
That's what I "need" !!! ;)

I wake up at 4:15am and leave for work at about 4:40am. On extremely cold winter mornings I would have my pickup start itself up at 4:30 and warm up according to the weather.
So I'd climb into a cozy, warm pickup!

I would put internet and a computer in a car!
A super fast internet connection and a really good computer that couldnt get viruses!
And the internet would work anywhere...no matter what!

i would add an extended cab onto the back of my cadillac.
that would make it a limosuine.
i would add a tv. hottub!
so i mean with one little thing, you could add a lot of stuff.
