the graphics do not sound upto much. this will be a big problem for the new games.

the intel 950 graphics chipsets are the lowest end bugit grapics they use onboard laptops

You need an actual graphics card, and a decent one, not integrated graphics on your motherboard like you have.

because intel's graphics cards are crap. you have to upgrade to something that can handle something with better graphics then world of warcraft.
