My Dell Photo printer has randomly become non-responsive saying that there is a paper jam, which there is not, and the small screen either shows nothing or weird language type font. It won't print and i really need it to work. Please Help!

If your printer is within warranty, get out your sales slip with order number, customer number, serial number of printer, express code, etc. -- and contact Dell. Dell will send an "authorization" slip for you to return the printer and will send you a new one. I have been this route with my 922. The new printer arrives in about 3 days.

You will be charged for a new printer - but this charge will be removed as soon as Dell receives the non-working printer.
