I've had a reduction before children.
Depending on what procedure they can do (whether they remove the nipples or not), will depend on if you can breastfeed or not.

After...not only will pregnancy affect your size but it isn't 100% gaurunteed to be able to breast feed afterward the procedure. If you are having serious back pains however it may be worth doing it now.

After you having baby, your breast will make bigger. That is normal. Most women do get bigger after birth.

AFTER, if at all. Pregnancy will make your breasts grow and change dramatically.

I would say "After" Ur boobs change size, go smaller/bigger & also if ur only young ur boobs might still be growing!
