rikfreese... HAHA!!!!! cupcake conference... The PAC-10 is getting better, but the SEC is by far the best conference right now. Unfortunately, I agree wth everyone's opinions so far. I am itching to see him prove doubters wrong, as I know he will. Cal beat Tennessee... big deal, so will everyone else. I guarantee you they wouldn't beat LSU. I know you have to be saying we have a cupcake conference to get a rise out of me, because no one is ACTUALLY that stupid.

I think for one that Tebow will win the Heisman next year. But he has got to prove he can throw the ball on SEC teams. Western Carolina was a tune up game. But dont be surpise if you dont see the gators playing for the SEC championship again tho. Also i think the main reason alot of people are doubting Tebow is because when u think of the gators, you think of high flying spurrier signal calling, and that is what Chris Leak brought to the gator but ask yourself this would the gators have won the national championship with out Tebow, and the system the myers runs suits Tebow option, running and long ball talents. i like em to win 9 or 10 games this year.

absolutely not. i know youre probably itching to see how good he is and want to prove the doubters wrong, but western kentucky isn't a true litmus test for tebow, or the rest of the team. and besides all that, tebow could turn out to be a very good qb, but that's not going to be florida's problem this year. losing too much on the other side of the ball will be their biggest concern and why they'll lose 2-3 sec games. the defense just lost too much experience.
rik youre a complete fool. lets take a poll, who thinks the defending NATIONAL CHAMPS would lose 5 or more against the following: USC, Cal, Stanford, UCLA, Ariz, Ariz St., Oregon, Oregon St., UW, Wash St.? that's 6, maybe 7 grade A betty crocker cupcakes out of 10

He looked great!!! The real test will come against Tennessee in 2 weeks.I think he will pick apart their defense just like CAL did last night. The LSU game will be tough but this guy is the real deal. Our defense will be the reason we will lose 2 or 4 games. They looked very bad against a very bad team,I hope our offense can score 40 every week or we will be in trouble. But Tebow is the man.

I think most of them have been silenced, for now. This guy showed the nation that he can pass as well as run. He could become the next Vince Young very soon, that's how much potential he has.

He did look good, but I want to see him do that against a good team. He may turn out to be a really good QB by next season, however I think it is early to crown him king this season.

no, it was western kentucky and every pass was completed to a receiver who had nobody within 10 yards of him. he's not a heisman candidate but he's a good quarterback

I think he looked great against Western Kentucky. Keywords: Western Kentucky. I'd like to see them get into their real schedule before awarding him the Heisman.
