it makes me furious when someone uses their kids being ill as an excuse not to go into work, when you know for a fact there is nothing wrong with the children, for me thats to much like tempting fate.

telemarketers, door to door sellers, charity workers stopping me in the street.
people full of hate who take it out on others (see the religion and spirituality section!)
paedophiles, rapists, child abusers, animal abusers and other disgusting criminals inflicting misery on others
drugs companies, when very sick innocent people who somehow believe that the drugs companies are working towards a cure and are ever hopeful ,when really the drugs companies couldnt give a damn as long as they make a profit.

i do not like it when people call in sick for another reason than that they are sick, but i have had 2 kids in 2 years. i did not miss one day due to pregnancy sickness or exhaustion, but now that i have my children, i understand much better why a person will call in on account of their kids. i do not want my babies to go to anyone else when they are sick, it's not fair to the caregiver. my boss has challenged me on this issue, but i cannot compromise. (btw, i've only called in 3 times in 2 years for that reason)

I agree with you, michelle. What makes me angrier is people putting their kids on leashes as if they are some sort of PET, there's a reason why we have hands to hold, right? Oh and then there's sexism and racism, that's what get me real mad, too
