If it is a right triangle, c=4.5

c = (2^2 + 4^2)^.5 = 20^.5 = 4.47

You didn't provide a diagram.
This only makes sense for a right angle triangle.
Base is 2 inches, hypotenuse is 4 inches,
height would be 3 inches.
