sundays at 5 for most other weeks... but since this is a holiday, they have 2 games (bowden bowl/ and whoever texas tech is playing) on monday and won't release until after those...

I believe that College football polls come out approx. 5 PM Eastern Time on Sundays.

They usually come out around 5:00 Mondays, basketball and football. Coach's poll may take until about 6:00.
