Some laser printers are quite stunning in performance. These, however, are generally the super-priced multiple cartridge colour models, far beyond the reach of we mere earthlings. For normal terrestrial models I could suggest you might have more success getting a stun setting out of their power leads, although this is totally uncontrollable, and might raise health and safety issues, so maybe your only option actually does lie with the printer itself, you could pick it up and hit someone with it. (Health and safety may still be an issue, please study the appropriate government documentation for safe lifting techniques.)
