people said that one of the ovulation symptom is abs cramp. I have that symptom in the middle of my menstruation cycle. I usually also feel tenderness on my right leg from butt to bottom leg. It usually occur a week before my frist day of period, but sometimes it also happen a few days after my period done. You can say that this tenderness on my right leg and butt happens more than once in one cycle. is it normal?
I did ultrausound pelvic and it was came back negative (no cyst)

As long as the pain is not extremely bad and doesn't last very long then it should be normal. Also, if there is any numbness this would not be normal. There are a number of things it could be from: IBS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, or just general menstrual cycle related pain.
