what food 2 give the kuhlis and if they dig because i really like when fish dig

If you really want to watch them dig, use sand as a substrate. Sand used for pool filters is perfect as long as you rinse it thoroughly before it goes in the tank. Get 4 Kuhlis, 7 Neons, and a Betta and and you will have some happy fish. The Kuhlis will eat almost anything, though they will devour bloodworms, live or frozen. Be sure to provide plenty of hiding spaces with driftwood, plants, and caves. This will make the Loaches more secure and more active as they frolic through the tank. I love kuhlis! They'll eat flake food off the floor, well pretty much anything off the floor or if you're worried about them getting enough food you can buy them sinking pellets from the pet shop, and they will burry themseves in things, they're fun to watch! and when you get a lot they'll ball themselves up with eachother!
