The map of the world would look very different from today's map. The US would be much closer to and maybe even touching Japan and the Atlantic ocean would be enormous as the spreading ridge continues to separate North America from Europe.

Plate tectonics not withstanding, unless we do something about the amount of waste humans generate, the surface of the earth will be completely obscured by garbage in much less than a million years rendering your question moot.
* We throw away 2.5 million plastic bottles every hour.
* We throw away enough aluminum cans to rebuild our commercial air fleet every three months, and enough iron and steel to supply all our nation's auto makers every day.
* Paper takes up 40% of our landfills.
* In the United States an additional 5 million tons of waste is generated during the holidays. 4 million tons of this is wrapping paper and shopping bags.
* The average American uses 650 pounds of paper a year.
* Each year we trash enough office paper to build a 12-foot wall from Los Angeles to New York City.

In the simplest terms, the Atlantic ocean will be significantly wider, while the Pacific will be narrower. At least for a while.
India will continue to plow into Asia, further increasing the height of the Himalayas. Africa will jam tighter into Europe, closing off the Straits of Magellan, and the Mediterranean will dry up (again)
Eventually, all the continents will converge again into yet another Pangea, but in different positions than the last time.

Parts of California will slide north towards Alaska. And like the other have said the Pacific will continue to close as the Atlantic widens.

Well it will probably look different because convection currents in the mantle will keep the plates moving, so it will look different.

It is all only imagination and assumption. No significant changes will take place.Because in this century we have not noticed any significant changes.
