Foghat is a blues rock band from the UK

The original line up consisted of: "Lonesome" Dave Peverett (guitar, vocals), Tony Stevens (Bass), Rod Price (guitar) and Roger Earl (drums). There have been many other members including Nick Jameson (bass), Craig McGregor (bass), Bryan Bassett (guitar)

There best known songs are: Fool For The City, I Just Want To Make Love To You, Drivin' Wheel, Honey Hush, Slow Ride

I had the pleasure of seeing Foghat numerous times, but most recently was in 1998 (origianl line up)at the House of Blues about a year and a half before the death of "Lonesome" Dave. I have seen the incarnation of foghat without "Lonesome" Dave and not even close to being the same
