please answer me in 3 or 4 reasons why people would rather study when rewarded then punished?

It depends on the person I think.

My employer pays for me to have study leave and I have to pay back the money if I fail my classes...

... I have never studied so hard in my life! Fear of letting not only myself down, but my employer as well!
