Yea..I use Nero and if you check the "Allow Reburning" box it should let you add things to it but some programs don't have that so you should probably be ok.

The disk has to be a CD-RW
It has to have the capabilities of being written over. Most writable CD's are just a one time writeing.
Make sure it says rewritable on the package.

As far as I know, you cannot reburn a CD. I think if the disk isn't finalized, it won't play the music.

To my knowlege you can only do this on a CDRW disk, meaning R=read, and W=write. These disks can be used more than once, CDR's =no! Magnetic information,(songs), are 'burned into the CDR media electrically, changing the magnetic lines just once.

Unless you use a re-writable CD (and have a burner that supports re-writing), you can't.
