I am told that almost everyone has a bad "self image" of themselves. You most likely look better than you think you do, and anyone who calls you a bad name has a problem, not you, so don't listen to them. Do things that will make you feel good and boost your self esteem. Even little things work. Remember, in the end, it's what you think of yourself that matters. If someone says , for example, that you need a hair cut(or something else) tell them"buy me one then" that usually shuts people up(don't do it though if you think it will start a fight). Usually people will try to bring you down because it makes them feel better. A few don't even realize that what they say is bad, they just say bad things out of habit, like a parrot. just ignore them and live your life. don't accept any form of emotional abuse, get away from those doing it if you can, and know they probly do it with everyone around them.

I wish I knew what to say on here to cheer you up and make you feel beautiful. We all go through periods in our lives where we feel a bit ugly from time to time. And some of us even feel like our bodies are just not appealing. Like me, I would like to not have this belly of a gut hanging out like it does and also wish I looked handsome. But my girlfriend (fiance') says I am handsome and that my belly (pooch) isn't that bad. And that helps to make me feel better. So I am sure that you are exaggerating a little about being ugly. You are probably pretty and just too critical on yourself. I am not a mean person at all. But you gotta stop this feeling sorry for yourself and deal with the looks that God gave you. Tell yourself that you are pretty everyday and every time that you look into the mirror. Eventually you will start believing in yourself. ( I told you at the beginning that I wish I knew what to say) You will find the perfect guy someday that thinks you are the most prettiest gal in the world. It's true, you will find this special guy and soon you will feel beautiful. (smile)

You will feel better tomorrow. Your just having a bad day. I go through those sometimes. Even my boyfriend goes though them, But don't worry you just have to exercise or get your heart rate up in some way. Then take a nice shower and put on comfortable clothing and EAT healthy food. Also, I would recommend you drink some caffeinated tea (green tea is best).
I hope you feel better.

well... in face reading your face tells your personality so if your face is really different that means you must be unique. for example if you have a really huge nose then that means you have some really strong characteristic but i don't know what it is. you could look it up on the internet. maybe you should get emo hair that covers your face. or make yourself feel pretty with pretty clothes and focus on those instead of you. also a pretty person would look really ugly to people on a planet where most people had the faces of warthogs. o yeah and focus on your inner self and personality and talents and how awesome and special you as a person are. then you won't even think about your face/body

Don't fret. Even beautiful movie stars and models feel "ugly" now and then. In our society, we place so much emphasis on looks that we tend to forget about what's really important. Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder, and if you're beautiful on the inside, people will see your outer beauty.

I'm not trying to be mean, but think of victims who have lost their looks due to fire or car accidents. Hope you're feeling a little better about your looks now. Remember that there is always someone in the world less fortunate than you.

Sweetheart have you forgotten that all girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice...It's true Sweetie there is not a single ugly girl in the whole world. Our tired, over worked mind sometimes plays tricks on us. It makes us feel ugly and down in the dumps, just to remind us to find time to pamper ourselves! We owe it to ourselves to look beautiful!!!

you are made just exactly the way God wants you to be... plz cheer up. i am not trying to throw an old saying at you, but there are, in fact, people with disabilities all over the world, who wish they had a better appearance!!
we deal with what is in front of us; and keep our hearts and soul pretty, and the outside will reflect as such!! :):)

Look in the mirror and pick 3 things you like about yourself.
The next day do the same and pick 3 differnt things.
Everyone has "ugly' days. I am sure your pretty. Anyways, it is more important if your "pretty" inside
Feel Better!

Knew of somebody that had self-esteem and confidence issues herself, mainly because she was abused by a parent from a young age...She was mostly hard on herself and thought of herself as ugly and worthless too. Though she participated in church and had a few hobbies, she still didn't feel worthy of herself in terms of beauty. What did it for her was that she found solace in God, and along with that she purchased herself a really good inspirational/motivational book that helped to increase her esteem greatly. Remember, none of God's creations are 'ugly' in his sight. We're all beautiful...Search for a few books on self motivation or speak with a guidance counselor or counselor. Hope it works..Take care of yourself.
