thanks all of you, so alot of you are saying that its not allowed to shoot someone on ur propterty, unless there using the same force...but are u even allowed to defend ur self?(fists, knives, anything around the house?)

also, since u cant shoot them..is it illegal to kill the intruder?

just made me curious because it never occured to me, and what i should do if it should happen..because we all know police always show up after the damage is done

You better check out the local gun laws.
It's a Democrat State & Democrats don't allow Citizens to protect themselves or their families.
Democrats usually side with the criminals.

If your life is in danger, protect it. Would you rather die, or protect yourself? It's a lousy state to live in for this situation, but it's better to be alive in court instead of dead with a crook on the loose. If you protect yourself, you are not just helping yourself, but society and the police for that matter. Just think about what you would rather have.

I don't know about buying guns and permits but I do know that you cannot shoot someone on your property. That is an old mis-used lie. You can only use the same amount of force that they are using on you, no more. I'm an attorney and I'm sure of this fact. It stems from an old case where a guy set up a spring loaded thing to attack anyone who came on his property and they found you can't do that.
