CC = Carbon Copy, Sends a "copy" of the email to all addresses listed here.
BCC = Blind Carbon Copy, almost identical to above, BUT you cannot see all the other names listed under teh BCC section. Means if you send a massed email people cannot see who else got it, unless you add some names in TO or CC which WILL be visible

To = The 'main' person you are sending the e-mail to. When you send an e-mail, you MUST put at least one person in this box.
CC = Carbon Copy - Sends a copy of the e-mail to everyone in this box.
BCC = Blind Carbon Copy = Sends a copy of the e-mail to everyone in this box.
EVERYONE can see who is in the 'To' and 'Cc' box but the 'Bcc' box is not displayed - even in the version in your sent items.

Cc Cc is shorthand for Carbon copy. If you add a recipient's name to this box in an Outlook e-mail message, a copy of the message is sent to that recipient, and the recipient's name is visible to other recipients of the message. Bcc Bcc is shorthand for Blind carbon copy. If you add a recipient's name to this box in a mail message, a copy of the message is sent to that recipient, and the recipient's name is not visible to other recipients of the message. If the Bcc box isn't visible when you create a new message, you can add it.

CC - carbon copy
BCC - Blind carbon copy...
It's like the government forms I get the blue copy, you get the red...
The blind copy hides the address form the CC and To fields...
Like a note you don't what the receiver to get...

There is a difference:
cc will send a copy to another individual, but the person who you are e-mailing will see that you did this.
Bcc is a "blind copy" - this means you can send a copy to someone other than the person you are e-mailing, and he/she will not be aware of it.
