Check your Service Tag - Your Service Tag is a unique five- to seven- digit alphanumeric (letter and number) code, which is found on a white bar-coded label affixed to your Dell computer or peripheral.

Now go this link and enter the Service Tag in the space provided.

More important is the "Tag No" on the back of the PC, THIS will link them to the original order.

Get that Number, then call ell support and ask them. It's the PC number they'll need first.
