I do use cupons from the Sunday paper. I'd say I average saving around 100.00 a month with them. I feel guilty if I forget them and shop without them. I feel like I ripped myself off. God bless!!

I have only certain products that I buy each time...I hardly ever stray from my list. So it's difficult to find coupons for what I buy. I've looked online but can't seem to find what I need, and I don't get the newspaper because it's costly, plus the newspaper has shrunken lately since everything is online now. I usually save up to about $4 thru store deals per time. Sometimes when I measure the ounces though I don't really think I got a deal. Prices have increased, but a lot of times it's because of the grocery's store automation warehousing program. Like if I buy 5 of a certain brand and style of noodles that are inexpensive, their automated program thinks lots of people bought that product so the next time I go back the price has increased by 40 cents or more. There are things that are expensive that come 4 to a pack when I can afford only one...so then I have to do without. It's frustrating.

My wife does all the shopping and she uses coupons all the time. She shops at costco, which is like a sams club, and we save a lot of money shopping like that. At one particular store here which I do not go to, they charge 5 dollars for a half gallon of milk, costco is 2 or 3 dollars a gallon.

I use them all of the time. I get mine from online & the newspaper, plus I swap coupons with friends who use things that I don't etc.

On average, I save $20-50 a grocery trip in just coupons!

I use them if I see something I use. A lot of times you can get a generic brand cheaper than buying the name brand with a coupon. Also, using store shopping cards lets you save without clipping. Congrats on the $50.00!!!!!! :-)

I saw a site on craigslist advertising some sort of gift certificate thing online -- I joined it and have earned over $500.00 in absolutely free gift certicates in the years I have been a member.

I just got a $50.00 BP gas card

They have a type of point system here, depending on how much you spend at their shop. It accumulates it for you and gives you a discount automatically which is always a nice surprise. I save about 100 francs a month on groceries.

Yes, sometimes. If there is a coupon for what I am buying. There are some websites where you can print them off too.

I try to use them. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy another brand on sale than the one with the coupon.
