The Padres, Rockies, and Devil Rays don't have one yet.
Anyway, I say Phillip Humber.
It's amazing. Not only has no Met ever thrown a no-hitter, only one Met has ever taken a no-hitter into the 9th inning, Tom Seaver (he did it four times). They haven't even gotten on the cusp of a no-no in over 30 years.

They'll never have a no-hitter because their pichers all stink... they are a hitting team (at least for now).
Maybe if Pedro comes back and has one last hurrah...
I suppose someday, someone will do it, but probably not in the near future...

Tom Glavine is their best bet.
I thought for sure that Al Leiter would have given them a No-No back in his day. Too bad it never happened.
