Phyllis Summers Romalotti Abbott Newman from Y&R. Yes, she is a bad girl with a "criminal" past, but at least she owns up to her wrongdoings, and never plays innocent to get forgiveness from others, nor does she play the "pity game" to get sympathy and/or love from the opposite sex. Speaking of which, yes, she has been around the block a few times, but at least she has the class to not do it while with men she loves and cares about. I believe Phyllis was separated from Jack when she moved in with Damon Porter, for example. Fast forward to the present, and her romance with Nick Newman is hotter than ever, and she has certainly made a man out of this boy, and she makes him happy again, too, like it was before he had amnesia.
Phyllis is spicy, sexy, and classy, and her portrayer, Michelle Stafford, is a damn fine actress, too.

Female: Belle from Emmerdale - She's so sweet and a really good little actress at such a young age. You just want to take her home and mother her, such a cutie!
Male: Kim from Home and Away - If you were a woman you'd understand why! Seriously though, he is a fantastic actor and seems to get really good storylines.

And my fav male has to be Sean of eastenders hes hot and such a bad boy. He'd be wikkid 2 date but scary 2 meet.. And liam of corrie.. He make me laugh
