I'm looking for a tree seed that can be found on the ground (or getting it from a tree), that can sprout the fastest, like apple seeds, pear seeds, etc. I need it to be able to sprout fast and can be found on the ground or in a fruit.

English Laurel and Mimosa are the two fastest that I am aware of. I have the seedlings all over my ground. I'm constantly pulling them out of my garden beds.

a maple tree drops little helicopter seeds . they groy very quickly. they are also a very hardy tree.
