One of the oldest remedies that i can think of is to put some ice in the bottom of the pot and some salt. stir it around and it should clean it. If that doesnt work i suggest getting a cleaner called scrub free. thats the name of it. hope this works.

Heat up vinegar in them! Be careful though cos it foams up a lot when it gets hot. Leave for a while, reheat if the scale hasn't gone. Make sure you boil it with fresh water a few times after to get rid of the taste!

Buy some Iron Out , fill your pot with water and ad some of it ,let stand overnight ,and the next day wash it with dish soap and rinse ,it will be like new !

Add some vinegar and allow to soak for awhile then rinse and your water stains will disappear

soak it in hot water for like 15 minutes then scrub with some soap and its short sweet and works fast!
