Caseman, you should get the 10 points based on the little Three's Company rework alone.
I enjoyed that immensely

I don't exactly remember how he died ( on the show). All I remember is that after he had a fight with his daughter, he went to go buy something and had a heart attack there. After that, his family mourns for a couple of episodes and Cate's ( the mom) father and her nephew come to live with them. I think they removed his character pretty nicely compared to other shows. On 8 Simple Rules, they at least MENTIONED John's character after he died. A lot of shows don't bother talking about the character at all. Hope I helped :)

Because he really died. He was a great actor. It is a shame that he passed away that soon. He was great in Threes Company. R.I.P. (1948-2003). Isn't it strange that Ritter died on September 11?

He died from an aortic dissection caused by a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect. The show wanted to pay tribute in a way by saying that no other actor can replace him on the show. So they put his death as a storyline. Sad the show had great potential.
btw - wrong category - this is Hockey

Come and knock on Jude's door
He's been waiting for you
Where the jokes are lame and racist and cruel
He's crying for help, too!
Thanks for the props, y'all.
