Round 612 to 600, and 32 to 30

Now you have 600 divided by 30

How many times does 30 go into 60? into 600?

The divisor rounded to the nearest ten = 30
The dividend rounded to the nearest hundred = 600

It's easy to see that 600 / 30 = 20

m: please do yourself a favor and get a calculator (Internet has plenty on line) and go for it.

If all you want is an estimate, just compute the value of 600 / 30...which reduces to 60/3 or 20.

My best advise: practice, practice, practice. Good luck!
