I just bought a new car(fiat scientento sporting) and the acccelorator pedal is much too high for my fot and at high angle too so i have to have my foot off of the ground which doesnt make it easy as it vey sensitive so dont have the control. Can garages bend the pedal bar or anything?

The best way to make the petal more comfortable for you is for any mechanic to lower the pedal assembly closer toward your-natural heal position toward the floor pan. A machinist or millwright - (carpenter of metal parts) )could make such a bracket.
Personally, I'd make the new car dealer get it done for you. It a brand new car for "petes" sake!

Put a carpet on the floor to raise your foot a little bit.
