Im not sure about the engine size, as I doubt most rental agencies will have V-8 Mustangs. Also telling the rental agency you are looking for a small car witha large engine may make them think twice about renting to you. Though I have found no rental agencies in Cincinatti who have V-8 Mustangs or Mustang convertibles listed.

PHL you don't say how old you are if you are under 25 they will not rent you one even if they had one.
The V8 Mustang GT is a specialist car and you would have to go to a specialist rental agency such as Triangle Rent a Car

try different hire companies not at the airport? Book first then get a taxi to the rental desk.

from the way you write your question you dont appear to be smart enough to shop around at rental agencies much less smart enough to handle a V8 mustang.
