Professor Penelope would give him

Cutting Taxes for Working People A + I would give a B+. I think there is more he could have done.
Conducting himself with Honor & Dignity A + I would give him a B because he delayed to long coming to the public with his defenses of policies and his appointees.
Tort Reform Bill A + I would give him a C+; He got some done, but there is a lot still to do, I it looks like it is dropped. Doctors anyone?
Economy A Boy this is tough. The economy is going well, but what of this is do to Bush and his job. Tax cuts were critical but…. Sorry, can’t grade this one.
War on Terror A I would give him a B. Again, I think there was more he could have done to unite the nation.
Keeping us Safe since 9/11 B + I would agree as long as Border Security is its own issue. Border Security/Immigration - D
(Please close the borders)
Iraq Invasion A + I would say C+, again because I wanted to see more getting done. The surge waited to long
Post Iraq Planning D I would rate him higher here because he has a broad plan and that is the best he can do until Iraq does more.
Drug Giveaway D – Not sure what this is, are you talking Medicare reform?
(What are you a democrat?)
Social Security Reform F – Well, he tried, and remember that he cannot do it on his own. I would give him a C.
'A' for effort though
Supreme Court Picks A + Got to go C here. Harriet Miers anyone?
No Child Left Behind B Another one I cannot grade.
Energy & Transportation Bills D Agree
(too much pork)

Cutting Taxes for WORKING people? - F (99%of Americans were net losers under GWB's tax and spend polcies www.ctj.org)
Conducting himself with Honor & Dignity - C
Tort Reform - F (A poor attempt to keep the reach from being held accountable and responsible. Apparently only the poor and middle class are supposed to do that)
Economy - C (Unemployment's at around 4.5% but that only counts for those who've applied for benefits or whose benefits haven't run out www.dol.gov and a recession is looming.)
War On Terror- F (Creating more terrorists in Iraq by killing innocent Iraqis, not such a good idea.)
Keeping Us Safe since 9/11 - ANY president would have done the same. 9/11 took YEARS to plan. Safe is a relative term)
Iraq Invasion- A (A for our Troops! No doubt our troops kicked butt and took names, too bad it was the wrong country) F - (for everything else!)
Post Iraq Planning - F (Did they even plan?)
Drug Giveaway - F ( Did you mean "giveaways" to Big Pharma?)
Social Security Reform -A (in his FAILURE, he succeeded. There is NO S.S. Crisis. Bush's 11 trillion dollar SS deficit was over the course of infinite years and only if Americans lived to be 150 years old and retired at 65. Talk about "fuzzy math. Our politicians need to STAY AWAY from borrowing from the SS trust fund. www.factcheck.org)
Supreme Court Picks - F (Just more far right extremist to radically interpret the Constitution and undo years of progress)
No Child Left Behind -F (A complete failure. Schools that perform poorly need MORE money, not less. Teachers are forced to focus on cirriculum so their students will pass the standardized testing of NCLB, leaving them little time for much else. Then if the schools perform poorly they take away funding. A pitiful attempt to push US schools towards privatization.)
Energy & Transportation Bills - F (Written FOR the Energy and Transportation Industries BY the Energy and Transportation Industries.)

"Keeping us Safe since 9/11"
The problem with this is that there is no way to prove another attack would have happened.

"Iraq Invasion"
The military performed well, but the President and the Pentagon did not forsee the Republican Guard dissolving, not did they forsee an insurgency when they absolutely should have.

"Supreme Court Picks"
This is so subjective. If you're giving him an A+ for this, all you're saying is that you're a conservative.

"War on Terror"
You're kidding me.

"Economy"
How can you give him an A for that when he destroyed the budget surplus Clinton has and went on to create a record budget deficit.

I like how you're tried to be objective, but you didn't succeed in doing so. I'm not trying to bash you, but these criteria just indicate that you like him and not whether he's done well in those areas.

How about a "Complying with Congress" category? Or an "Upholding the Constitution" category? "Honesty" category?

While I don't agree with your ratings (I would grade somewhat tougher), I can see how it's been an uphill battle for W. I think the outcome would've been similar for ANY republican president.

Just take a look at the answers that are HIDDEN for low ratings. None of them that I read are rude or abusive. They were just blocked because they have a different opinion than the RADICAL left that seem to dominate this show. I have respect for the level headed Democrats out there, but only contempt for the foaming at the mouth, down with America radical lefties.
Yes I know. This will be hidden for low ratings.

Ok, I disagree with all of it but mostly, the no child left behind act I give an F, the only thing that does is not allow teachers to hold students back when they don't need to go on to the next grade.

The only issues that matter to most people in this country are the Iraq war, immigration, Katrina, and the giveaway of jobs to China and India.

Immigration you don't even mention.
The Iraq war you split into two as if it was two things.
Katrina you forgot about too.
And the economy you are total denial about.

And the only people who benefited from Bush's tax cuts "work" at cashing their trust fund checks. Nobody with an actual job made any real money off those.

Let's see...he invaded a country on bad intelligence, he has done nothing to protect our borders or American jobs. The "good" economy you mention is a war economy, and as we have seen with the stock market recently, it is just another house of cards waiting to fall. We have the largest deficeit in the history of the world (that's millions of years to some, a few thousand years to others, lol).

Al Qaeda is as strong as ever. He is rattling his sabre about the next invasion...Iran.

It's obvious to me and millions of other Americans willing to look beyond the rhetoric such as yours that G.W.Bush has done more to hurt our country than any politician since Nixon.

Wake up and smell the coffee!!!
