My point is that person always has right to choose. There may be sad consequences but that doesn't deny the right of choice itself.
Do you agree?

I'll try to explain. For example, my aunt argues that she must feed her child, dress her up etc. And I say that she can do or not do those things, just if she doesn't her baby may hate her, she might be sued. But still, she may do or may not.
I'm trying to say that even those things which are considered as unarguable person's duty are only subject of choice.

I agree wit you, we do almost always have a choice, but usually when the 1 of the options is somewhat unthinkable, we tend to think that there is no other option and that we are cornered.

On one point i agree you can choose to do anything you want whether is is right or wrong.... but if you make a choice to do something that is right or wrong your still choosing meaning that you do not have a choice just different ways of handling the situation

Choice is an absolute, as we have a real will to use.
Each person continually makes choices whether he/she is conscious of doing so or not.
I agree that choice is fundamental to a person.

So, in essence, you saying that you must choose.
You don't have a choice in deciding whether to choose or not. Even refusing to choose is a choice in itself.
So no matter what you do, you must choose.

I disagree. As true as duty is part of the human mind, you can only choose when things relate to nothing else but yourself. I mean if someone decides he's going to kill you there's nothing you can choose you can't tell him "I don't want to die." You can, I don't guess it'll cahnge anything

I disagree. There are some things you have to do, no choices no decisions, just things that have to be done. Example...breathing. You are given breath, continue to breath until your death, unless you interfere with the process you can't stop it. It just is something you have to do.

Yes. People relinquish control of their lives by believing that they "have to" do something rather than recognizing they are choosing to do something because it lacks negative outcomes or consequences.

You are correct as the millions of neglected children of this world will attest. If it is true you do not need to attend to your children then it is also true that you can choose not to bring them to this world.
