Louisville, or anyone else for that matter, will probably not score 100 points, the main reason being that they would get alot of flack for running up the score. It is basically common courtesy for coaches to take it easy on the other team when they get a big lead. (although sometimes, you'll see opposing coaches get pretty steamed when they think the other team is showing them up)
It is pretty much a given that teams can go ahead and score what they want in the first half with their first team players. That's why you'll see the halftime scores sometime huge (like 45-0 for example). But teams will change their strategies once the game gets over and get the backups as many snaps as possible. There is no reason to get players hurt trying to score more points when the game is won, so the starters will usually not play the second half. So a final score of the game may only be a few points more than the halftime score was.
Don't think that because Louisville scored so easily on a patsy that they can do it against anyone, because I guarantee you they can't and won't. Besides, their defense will start giving up points too when they play a better team!
Enjoy the big win, but don't get greedy... it will bite you in the butt later on.
I remember back when Houston was a powerhouse, high scoring team with their big pass happy attack about 15 year ago or so. They were winning against I think Illinois late in the game by a double digits and running out the clock when they decided to throw a bomb and scored a late TD to run up the score a bit (against a Big 10 team I guess to rub it in?). The next week, they played Michigan, who promptly returned the favor by going up 49-0 by halftime (or something like that). It was the funniest thing I ever saw, seeing the cocky Houston team getting their butts whipped like that.
So, beware of being a poor winner, because other teams will watch and remember!!!!!

WVU's defense looked terrible in a game against a vastly out manned Western Michigan team. Since they might need to score 100 to out score them, maybe it will happen 11/8 in Morgantown (I am only being slightly facetious here.)
For you SEC fans, that means I'm kidding.
