hi, when a device is described as "vista ready" it just means it will work with vista as well as xp and any other operating systems that are listed
manufacturers use the "vista ready" logo as many p.c users are not sure when they buy new hardware and software,especially when you consider how new vista is
it just gives the consumer the "piece of mind" that their product is going to work with "windows vista"

Yes. Vista needs high-speed USB2 pendrives to use in ready boost. Thats all it means---you have a fast pen drive. Just make sure you format it before you use it.

yes i would assume so, being made for vista is more than likly just a way of saying "i work on vista". ive yet to see a pen drive that doesnt! lol

if its readyboost, then that feautre will only work on vista, but you can still use it as a storage tool even on xp.
