I am planning to stat exercising though I might have conceived 5 days ago. If I plan to exercise, it would include cardio, for 1 hr and then weight for 30min. I dont think is right to do that in case I have conceived now isnt it? It might cause the probable pregnancy to fade away right?
Please advise

you will be fine, exercise will not cause a problem with a 2-3 pregnancy. Actually, you can safely exercise all throught the pregnancy (talk to your dr first), and being in shape will make labor easier for you. Good luck!!!!
