The problem is your whole concept. This has been done to death. There are dozens and dozens of books about snobby girls out there. The odds of you selling such a book are almost zero. It is not original. And besides, if you are the author, the plot must come from you. If I gave you the plot, I would become a co-author and you would have to contact my attorney and agent to arrange payment for my services. Pax- C

A book starts with an idea and then it develops from there, the plot will develop on it's own in most cases. Write what comes into your head and in no particular order, not chapter to chapter, edit later in the order you choose to lay out your book. You my see a pattern that you feel is going to be your plot for your characters, take your time, don't rush it, if you do you will loose interest in your creation.
The naming of your book can be of help in the beginning to help in a plot, but chances are it will change as you get deeper into your writing. You may change it half a dozen times or more before your work is complete.
