Because in those cases the man wants the woman to talk dirty to him. That is why he call those services, to be talked dirty to.

The difference is the male made the call to pay and be talked dirty to. The woman didn't ask or pay but was subjected to it all the same.

If a man talks dirty to a woman who walks around in revealing clothing in a bar, then she should handle it herself. If he talks dirty to her at work it is a different issue, same at college, etc.
What goes on voluntarily between people and isn't offensive to them is not for the morally superior P.C. crowd to worry about. As for sex talk for pay, that should be banned.
