1990-1993 Integra RS B18B1 (1.8 litre)
1994-2001 Integra RS B18B2 (1.8 litre and about 10 extra horses due to a change in cams)

The RS never came with a B18C.

All G3 (94-01) Integras were 1.8L. If you know Honda codes, the Integra has a B18 engine (EX. B18 = 1.8L) (K20 = 2.0L) Etc.

The Integra RS, LS and GS is a 1.8L Non-VTEC.

The Integra GS-R and Type-R are 1.8L DOHC VTEC.
