Even though it's slightly cooler in the Midwest (ONLY 92 today, lol) it's still too hot to do anything outdoors, and I don't have the money to go anywhere. My gas grill is broken and I can't even afford to replace it right now, so I can't even barbecue! The beginning of the school year is rough, with one in college, one a senior in high school and one in 6th grade - school fees, new clothes and supplies, then they start in with the fundraisers right away. The college one just got her own apartment, and we had to help furnish that. It's worse than the spending at Christmas.

I had friday, saturday, and sunday off...but I have to go back to work on monday night. Getting paid double time so I guess it's not that bad.
