I'm 10 weeks with my 2nd baby, and I look bloated but that's about it. The weight gain and getting big will happen in the 2nd trimester.

Here is my personal experience for my first three months of being pregnant:

I would occasionally get nauseous (mostly if i could smell food) up untill my 14th week or so.
I would get car sick... and still do.
I had to pee a lot... and still do.
I had sore breasts from week 8 to 11 weeks.
I was tired a lot.
I didnt gain any weight either, and still havent. I think its because im a chubby girl though, it definately isnt from me being sick... i only threw up a few times, and it was usually from car sickness.
I would be constipated sometimes.

You may or may not experience what I did, everyone is different. You could be bloated because you might be retaining water. Thats pretty normal but if youre concerned, then you should talk to your doctor about it. Being tired is normal... hormone levels are rising and its something your body isnt used to. In your second trimester though, most women get over that tired feeling. I did. I feel like I have just as much energy now as I did before I got pregnant.... i just need more sleep at night is all. :) You wont show till later on either, most likely. It all depends on your size and everything. If your a chunky girl like me you might not show untill later on. I started showing kinda soon though but hey.... like i said everyone is different. I hope that you have a healthy happy pregnancy though. Good luck :)

Nausea and energy start to improve. You may be experiencing occasional headaches, dizziness and fatigue from hormonal changes. If it's your first baby, you still could be wearing loose-fitting clothes, but if you've had other pregnancies, you'll probably start to show earlier and may be in maternity clothes. The typical weight gain by now is about three to five pounds. Fathers-to-be might also experience pregnancy symptoms, called couvade or "hatching," during the third month and at delivery, including nausea, abdominal pain, appetite changes and weight gain.

I experienced all of those things until about 5-6months and then again at 8-9 months. And about not gaining and instead losing, I lost 7 lbs. and didn't gain any until about 7 months along. If the doctor says you and your baby are fine, I wouldn't be worried.
Best of Luck to you

Angel, everyone progresses at a different rate. Have you ever checked out the message boards on pregnancyweekly.com? They are fantastick. You can join a group that are all expecting babies the same time as you are and compare what you are going through. I joined when I was pregnant and even though I had my baby in April 2006, I am still on the same board with the same women but instead of our pregnancies we now discuss our toddlers! Good luck with your pregnancy!

Don't worry too much about that. I lost ten pounds when i found out I was a month and a half. as for the nausea and everything, been there too. You will start to gain weight soon, sometimes it will fluctuate a bit. Don't worry it will come lol. Good luck and congrats
