I though that maybe alien spaceships use a radio freqency to hover in air. to me this same posable, but don't know

like a radio singnal. like bending metal without melting using a radio singnal

I have heard someone found this singnal
any can lift all kinds of objects in the air without using maganets or electricity

It is possible, but with small objects. That is an application of the lasers, that is called "optical tweezers" and is used to move small particles in biological investigations. Is amazing to see that using only light (laser light though) you can exert forces that move small objects. It is used to move dielectrical objects that cannot be moved with electric (or magnetic) fields.
So, in principle you could use a electromagnetic field (on which the radio frequency, he visible light, x rays and gamma rays are included) to move big objects, but we don't have the technology to do it. Maybe the aliens do!

not really. Radio frequency is radiation that penetrates material. That means it get absorbed into the material. and what ever recoil takes place is very negligible.
Note ; Momentum relates either to a linearly moving mass or a rotationaly moving mass.
It does not relate to anything which is considered massless.
For momentum is defined as the product of a real mass(not an imaginary one) and the velocity that the real mass moves. However two magnetic masses can interact to lift one away from the other.

Light (photons) have momentum and can therefore exert pressure on a surface when they reflect off it. So, it is theoretically possible to cause a mirrored surface to hover in the air by shooting photons (radio or otherwise) at it. However, you would need an absurdly large amount of power just to overcome gravity.

This kind of device works much better in deep space. See Wikipedia's article for more information:

yes some guy is developing a rocket that works by a ground station below it emitting powerful bursts of lasing photons at it. It actually works (though it only went up like 20 ft in the air) I saw it on the science channel.
