1 Gallon = 8 Pints
1 Pint = 2 Cups, so

1 Gallon = 16 cups

4 quarts = 1 gallon
2 gallons = 1 peck
4 pecks = 1 bushel

I could be wrong on the peck and bushel but you got them for free so they are what they are worth.
