If you want a legitimate loan from a reputable lender, you'll need to make them think you're a reputable borrower. Hence, the paperwork.

Go to the Family Services division of your local Social Services office, they can get you started on the emancipation process. It's not easy to do and you will need to be able to prove that you are financially and emotionally capable of caring for yourself. You'll probably be in and out of court several times and will have to see a psychologist, prove your income etc. If you're emancipated you will be eligible for certain types of federal and state student loans (very few, and mostly very small), but nothing private from an actual bank. Your best bet would be to go after grants that don't need to be paid back, there are several that are available depending on your income and area of study. Since you would legally be an adult and responsible for yourself, your parents wouldn't be responsible for paying your loans, but it would also make it much harder for you to get a loan at all because most banks won't loan to anyone under 18. Good luck!

Personal loans like you are looking for generally do not exist unless you are rich and don't need the money or have some collateral to put up.

FYI..."Rachelle Patterson" who posted above me is a scammer.
