An old Army Jeep I won in a poker game. Lasted me almost ten years. Kind of cold in the winter and wet in the spring but it was a great first car.

A brand new 1971 Purple Ford Pinto courtesy of Mom and Dad for me and my brother.
We put an 8-track tape player in it and played cheap bootleg tapes of Janis Joplin's "Pearl" and thought we were pretty cool.
Of course, we were clueless about the fact we were driving the automotive equivalent of a Molotov cocktail.

A used Ford Pinto back in 1981. What a piece of crap that was. But I was a senior in high school and I put a kick *** stereo in it and played my rock and roll and tooled around town just fine.
