According to the Baseball Almanac, the Phillies have been no-hit 17 times and that is the most of any team. 1953 Bobo Holloman threw a no-hitter in his first start.

Bobo Holloman pitched a no hitter in his first career start while pitching for the St. Louis Browns. It was against the Philadelphia Athletics on May 6, 1953.

Yes, Bobo Holloman of the St. Louis Browns, on 06-May-1953 against the Philadelphia Athletics (it was his first start but not his first appearance). Didn't have much of a major league career after that. Stats: http://www.baseball-reference.com/h/hollobo01.shtml
