Well! That's certainly a mouthful---of distortions. King George the Moron confronted the threat by attacking a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. Nor did it have weapons of mass destruction. Using words of mass deception, the Moron caused the unnecessary deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. Meanwhile, OBL is laughing his bu** off at us---we've squandered any world sympathy we got after 9/11; we've spent hundreds of billions to no good end, thus endangering our economy; and we've divided our nation (as this Q&A amply demonstrates).
As far as the Patriot Act is concerned, one of the Founding Fathers said that "those who would temporarily give up liberty for security deserve neither." That fits perfectly, lo these many years later. And the Moron should be impeached for illegal wiretaps: he broke the law. Period.
I guess "new tools to defeat terrorism abroad" include secret prisons, torture, Gitmo, imprisonment of American citizens without trial or constitutional legal rights of any kind, and whatever else has been done that isn't known yet. And this is the party of American VALUES?????
So I guess this is the "American democracy" we are spreading abroad. And what gives us the right to spread it (whatever it is) at gunpoint? Since we're the 800-pound gorilla? How about "moral suasion" (convincing people, not with bullets but with words and deeds like the Peace Corps). Nope, not violent enough.

I would only partially agree with some of this. Too much porn for a man can ruin the intimacy he has with a wife/gf and can affect his performance. But how much is "excessive?" Where is the line drawn? Is it zero? Would someone say that 10 min a week is too much? 100 min? 10 hours? Internet porn has been quite available for a good 15-20 years. How many people under the age of 30 would even be able to remember what men were like "before porn." There are many younger people posting here. As for "daily pleasure," studies have actually shown that more frequent ejaculations actually reduce the man's risk for prostate cancer.
