No it is a nerve problem. You just have to wait until it goes, try not to let it bother you.
I often get this when i am worried and not getting enough sleep.
I tend to get it when i very run down.
Try to get plenty of sleep and put you feet up.
This will help to reduce stress, it's all about stress reduction.
It is stress that is causing this for sure.

One of the causes of this is from a calcium deficiency. If you take an extra small dose of calcium a day in a short period of time you will notice your eye(s) don't twitch any longer. Good luck!

Punch it really hard. After the initial pain, it swells, and the twitching stops.

It is called a tic and usually the result of stress. Try relaxing more. They do go away when you are relaxed.
