Sounds like you have some "MalWare in your system. Go to www.download.com and get "Spybot Search and Destroy". Download it, install it and then run "Update". Now, run Spybot and it will detect all the MalWare and you can remove it all, safely. Spybot is easy to use and can detect all known MalWare, AdWare, Trojans, Spyware (including Data Miners) etc. In future, make it a golden rule that you never click on any advertisements that you do not know and never, ever respond to a Pop Up that claims that your PC is infected. You will be taken to a dodgy site that will claim to scan your PC and it will claim that a number of Virus' have been detected. Most sites will claim to clean the non-existant virus' for free but will only put Virus', Malware, AdWare and "Backdoor Trojans" onto your PC. They will also disable your Firewall and Anti-Virus software. Get Spybot and run it at least once a week to keep your PC clean.

ummmm- ive seen this before this only happens when ya compter has been phished or has gotten a virus, what will happen is suddenly there will be all of thease adds and crap and pop ups on ya computer, then a voice will come up and advertise something i think it is called the Northon anti virus, to pervent this from happening u have to install startracker that helps everything, sooo the point is i would either go to geek squard or apple store depends what type a computer u have, i would get it checked soon before it earses all ya data

There are lots of programs out there that will remove this for you - but the best (read - cheapest!) option I have found at the moment is spyware doctor that google are giving away in their google pack of software.
