Good one -
your - you're
there - their- they're
were - where ( I see this one a lot, and have to stop to re-read to figure out what they are talking about)
right - write
know - now
have - half
it's - its
to - too - two
then - than
were - where - we're
here - hear
lose - loose
Of - off
Then I hate the coded, nonesense stuff - sounds like rap music on a bad day - I just usually tell them to learn English and ask a question when they can write properly

Anything that sounds alike.
Bear-bare
Animal-Naked
Bear is also used in a sentence thus:"She cannot bear people who do not use Spell Check."

Ha. Only two??
I would say "you" and "are", as it's currently "cool" to misspell them as "U" and "R".
Barring those, not knowing when to use "you're" vs. "your" and "its" vs. "it's" runs rampant here.
And what's up with you people in the Diet & Fitness section who always want to "loose" some weight? You all embarrass me with your ignorance!

There are many more than two. But I'll go with:
1) their, they're, there
2) your, you're

"Atheist" and "you're"
Another favorite of mine is "looser" in place of "loser."
(The two you chose will depend on which categories you hang out in.)
