Ok i downloaded a small screensaver file and then later my sister was on it and i didnt delete it yet but she shutdown the computer and tat was it. I tried starting it up over and over again but i got this message.There was a error occured with the drive or somthing. PLEASE HELP MY MOM HAS TO PAY 500$ FOR IT CAUSE OF ME OP AND SHE HAS A NEW JOB SO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im not kidding guys please help me.

The EXACT error message is important.
Have you tried booting into safe mode? Can you do that?

contact dell tech support for their software help dept. they might be able to help you remove it.
