Do we still have to go inside the transmission to adjust them (transmission Bands)?

From reading your three questions on the subject I'd have to suggest you take it to a transmission shop. Your transmission doesn't have bands by the way:

What makes you think you need to fiddle with your transmission's internals in the first place?

Transmissions still have bands but I have not seen adjustable ones in a long time. What kinda car are we talking about?

What kind of transmission is it?Some transmissions have adjustments for the bands accesible from the outside,although most don't.I need the specific type(such as ford c4,,or chevy turbo 350 or chrysler torqueflite 8,,,,)Not to be negative but this doesn't sound good.

Yes you do but if you dont know what you are doing you will surely screw something up the min you open the transfer case... Good lucki Grant M in Pennsylvania
